Our two-tiered training program combines vocational schooling with practical apprenticeship experience, operating in cooperation with the German chamber of industry and commerce (IHK).
Theory Component
Professional instruction at vocational school covers international trade fundamentals and commercial principles.
Practice Component
Hands-on apprenticeship at Project Materials GmbH applies classroom concepts directly in company operations.
Earn While You Learn
Trainees receive compensation while completing their certification, combining education with financial independence.
IHK Certification
After 2-3 years, receive an IHK degree as a qualified foreign trade and wholesale merchant.
Career Outcome
Upon completing 2–3 years of education, participants receive an IHK degree qualifying them as foreign trade and wholesale merchants (Gross- und Aussenhandelskauffrau/mann with specialization in Aussenhandel). Certified training combined with real earnings — enabling participants to gain real-world experience within an international business environment while earning a recognized professional credential.
